From Bodegas Luzón, we are pleased to present the new reference for the Finca Luzon family: Finca Luzón sin sulfitos. A wine developed from our dry-farmed vineyards, organically grown and achieved through minimal intervention processes. 100% Monastrell, suitable for vegan consumption and without added sulfites.
A wine created in balance with the environment and that follows our philosophy of respect for the planet, created with honesty and designed for all wine lovers, especially those seeking the essence of an organic product and with the advantages of the absence of sulfites. Thanks to our constant innovation and development, and the state of maximum health of our grapes, allows us to bottle this wine eliminating this preservative.
For the creation of this wine we were inspired to provide a pure Monastrell, with all its characteristics. A wine that will surely conquer your senses. Visually, you will appreciate a ruby color with violet reflections. Your nose will find the intensity of red fruit, spicy and balsamic aromas and when tasting the wine, you will appreciate its amazing balance, its juiciness and the variety’s own character in a long wine.
What is the winemaking process?
This variety of Organic wine is produced with a fermentation of between 6 and 8 days at temperatures below 24°C (75°F). During the vinification process, the wine remains in contact with the skins for a period of 5 to 10 days before being bottled.
A wine that allows a complete pairing with grilled vegetables, rice, pasta, legumes or medium cured cheeses and roasts.
